01 - Preheat the oven to 340°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and maple syrup. Add smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
03 - Add all nuts to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
04 - Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
06 - Remove from oven and let cool completely. The nuts will crisp up as they cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
