# Directions:

02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the cooked potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, chopped parsley, and fresh dill.
03 - In a small bowl, vigorously whisk together extra-virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
04 - Pour the herb dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently with a spatula until all vegetables are well coated.
