01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season evenly with salt and black pepper.
03 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until fillets are just cooked through and flake easily with fork.
04 - While salmon bakes, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in small bowl until smooth.
05 - Remove salmon from oven. Generously spoon or brush Bang Bang sauce over hot fillets.
06 - Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges alongside.
