# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sauce strikes that perfect balance between creamy richness and fiery kick that keeps you coming back for another bite
  • Everything comes together in under 30 minutes but tastes like something from a restaurant kitchen
  • The leftovers actually improve overnight as the salmon soaks up even more of that incredible sauce
02 -
  • Dont skip patting the salmon dry before seasoning, otherwise the oil will just slide right off
  • The sauce thickens slightly as it sits on the hot salmon, which is actually exactly what you want
  • If your salmon fillets vary wildly in thickness, tuck the thin ends under to create more even pieces
03 -
  • For crispy skin on the edges, switch on the broiler for 60 seconds after saucing the salmon
  • Room temperature salmon cooks more evenly than cold straight from the refrigerator
