Ingredients
π 200g spaghetti
π§ 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
πΆοΈ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
π« 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
π§ Salt, to taste
πΏ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
π§ Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic slices and sautΓ© until golden.
- Add red pepper flakes, then toss in cooked spaghetti. Mix well.
- Adjust with pasta water for consistency. Season with salt.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan, if desired. Serve hot!
